EACH week Van Insurance scours the country in search of van driving super stars. We are sorry to report; yet again we have drawn a blank! But while our search has proven fruitless, Van Insurance can reveal the hottest celebrities behind the hottest wheels..

MADONNA
The superstar says her husband Guy Ritchie lost his appetite for sex while dieting on cookies. Madonna, who drives a £270,000 Maybach super limousine, describes her love-life with her film director husband as “incredible” on her new album 'Hard Candy'.

But she was left frustrated when Ritchie lost interest in sex after replacing breakfast and lunch for low-calorie biscuits. "My husband went on that cookie diet and it was such a turn-off because he didn't want to have sex. He's not on it anymore, thank god!, says Madonna.

ELIZABETH TAYLOR
The screen legend has reportedly been admitted into hospital as a result of mixing alcohol and prescription drugs. Taylor is believed to have woken up her assistant with breathing difficulties after an attack of vomiting.

“Liz was panicking, says a friend: “She really thought she was going to die." She was later discharged from the Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre and returned home in a blacked out limousine.

GWYNETH PALTROW
The Hollywood star has slammed rumours that her five-year marriage to Coldplay star Chris Martin is on the rocks. Dismissing it “as ridiculous” . the 35-year-old actress insists the only reason she is rarely pictured with her husband of five years is because they made a pact to keep their marriage out of the public eye.

"You will never see us out publicly, says Paltrow: ”We just don't want to be one of those couples. It evolved that way. He gets furious if I say something about him."

Then referring to an incident when she refused to reveal where her husband was, she said: "They were like, 'You're breaking up,' it's ridiculous." Paltrow, who has a three-year-old daughter Apple and two-year-old son Moses with Chris, says being a mother and wife has completed her as a person.

"Having a family has made me feel whole. I used to be always searching and always lonely. I never feel like that anymore, she adds. Meanwhile, the Hollywood star is reportedly terrified that she will meet the same tragic end as the late Princess Diana. Paltrow says the paparazzi are so aggressive and relentless in pursuing her that she fears she could be involved in a fatal accident - just as the princess was in a Paris car crash in 1997.

BEYONCE KNOWLES
The “Crazy in Love” singer is reportedly expecting a baby with new husband Jay-Z. “I've heard from at least two people that Beyonce is pregnant, says a source. The speculation comes hot on the heels of actress Vivica A. Fox’s comments at a recent award ceremony, she said: “It won’t be long before they start a family. I wish them many, many years of happiness and some babies. I think Beyonce will be really pretty pregnant, just like Jennifer Lopez and Halle Berry."

The couple have yet to confirm their nuptials, and the sexy singer is doing her utmost to keep everyone guessing. Last year, Knowles said she wouldn’t pressure her 38 year old partner to start a family. "You can't rush a man into anything whether it's a relationship, marriage or having children. When he's ready he'll let you know, she said.

Jay-Z is certainly not afraid to shower his lover with gifts – he recently bought Knowles a £530,000 1959 Rolls Royce convertible, rendering her speechless.

NAOMI CAMPBELL
The super model stands accused of racially abusing a female police officer after she was evicted from an aeroplane. Campbell was banned from flying with British Airways last week after abusing cabin crew and spitting in a policeman's face. Police sources claim she called a WPC a "white ****" and a "white s**g" before screaming, "f***ing white honkeys" at the officer and her colleagues.

Campbell, who is no stranger to abusive behaviour, reportedly called police officers "a**holes" and air crew "bloody fools" accusing them of losing her luggage at London's Heathrow Airport "It just goes to show I have to fight for who I am. It's because I'm black.", said Campbell.

"It's a bit rich coming from her, says a police source: “The WPC involved said she was called a white this and a white that. She has been away from work since the incident." Meanwhile, Campbell, a big car-racing fan, is rumoured to be dating formula one ace, Lewis Hamilton. The pair were recently spotted speeding away from an event at the Dorchester hotel.

CALISTA FLOCKHART
Harrison Ford has described the former Ally McBeal star as the best mother in the world. The 'Indiana Jones' star says he admires the way his partner raises her seven-year-old adopted son Liam. "She's the best mom in the world, says Ford:” She's a mother by choice - she adopted Liam before we met, as a single parent, which is an awesome responsibility to take.

“She's devoted herself to Liam and has done a really wonderful job raising him. I'm happy to now have a part of the job." Harrison is delighted to be a father to Liam, he says: "She's brought a child back into my home. My youngest, other than Liam, is 17. It's a wonderful opportunity to be part of a child's upbringing, which is always an endless springtime. You see the blossoming and the growing and the nurturing and the payoff."

Flockhart was left seriously shaken after a car crashed into the back of motor as she drove Liam to school. The actress was travelling with her son when she was hit in the rear whilst in traffic and was spotted rubbing her back as she left her car.

DAVID BECKHAM
Police have fined the football ace for driving illegally in Los Angeles. Officers stopped the LA Galaxy star after he made an illegal left hand turn between Fairfax Avenue and Sunset Boulevard and stung him with a $160 ticket.

"David was really cooperative, says an onlooker: “I think he knew he was in the wrong." Meanwhile, a GMC Yukon Denali once owned by the boy wonder is for sale on Auto Trader - with a £30,000 price tag. David Beckham is the latest in a line of England stars past and present that have had their cars advertised on Auto Trader. Motors previously owned by Steven Gerrard, Alan Shearer, Michael Owen, Jamie Redknapp have also appeared.

Not that Beckham needs the money. He recently regained his position as the world's highest-paid soccer player. After being knocked off the top spot by Barcelona player Ronaldinho for the past two years, David is now back in first position with an annual income of $48.8 million.

PETE DOHERTY
The Babyshambles frontman has been jailed for 14 weeks for flouting terms of his suspended sentence and missing rehab. "Pete obviously didn't want to go to prison but he was philosophical. He's not an angel. He accepts the order of the court. He'll be back, says the singer's lawyer Sean Curran.

Doherty, the ex-lover of supermodel Kate Moss, had been ordered to take regular drug tests as part of a four-month sentence, which had been suspended for two years, after he admitted possession of crack cocaine, heroin, ketamine and cannabis. Doherty, who keeps buying new Jaguars each time one is towed away. breached his probation conditions by missing two appointments, turning up late and being abusive to staff.

"Peter would like to offer sincerest apologies to fans, says a spokesperson for record label EMI.

PARIS HILTON
Newly dating couple, Paris Hilton and her rocker boyfriend Benji Madden are said to be inseparable, sparking rumours that they are engaged. Photographers recently snapped the hotel heiress stepping out of a luxury limousine wearing a diamond ring on her engagement finger bearing the initials BM.

Attending the Las Vegas opening of a new salon in the Mirage Hotel –the 27-year-old commented: "It means exactly what it means" when asked whether the ring signified the two were set to tie the knot Hilton also made a point of ensuring wasn't just the diamonds in her ring that sparkled, making a stunning entrance at the event in a silver sequinned bolero.

VICTORIA & DAVID BECKHAM
With its famously warm weather and fabulous lifestyle The Beckham’s could be forgiven for making Los Angeles they’re new home. However, there are now rumours that the A-list couple are set to leave their best pals Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes as well as Will Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith – and return to Blighty.

"They are coming back and London will be home for Victoria, David and their sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz," says a source. The Beckham's are reportedly keen to do charity work in Britain as well as develop David's acclaimed football academies and Victoria's successful career as a fashion designer.

Meanwhile, the LA Galaxy star, who is also well-known for his fleet of mega motors, turned down the offer of a free Ferrari last year - because he already has one. Beckham owns 15 vehicles, including two Ferraris, a Hummer and two Bentleys. The Beckham’s aren't the only celebrity couple drawn to this green and pleasant land. Actor, Nicolas Cage and his wife could also be about to move across the pond. Former waitress Alice Kim is believed to be so smitten by the Somerset countryside she has asked Cage to move there so their son, Kal-El, two, can grow up with plenty of space around him. Cage is no strange to Britain and already owns a £4 million castle in Bath.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE
The sexy singer has made no secret of the fact that one of the best days of his life was when Madonna demanded he drop his trousers. Timberlake who collaborated on the superstar’s new album ‘Hard Candy’ was speaking at her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall. He told the audience that Madonna offered him a vitamin B12 shot to give him an energy boost.

When he agreed, he thought she’d phone a medic to administer the injection but instead: “She proceeds to pull a Ziploc bag of B-12 syringes out [of her purse] and says, ‘Drop ‘em.’” “I don’t know what you say to that, so I immediately dropped my pants. She gave me a shot in my ass and looks at me and says, ‘Nice top shelf.’ That was one of the greatest days of my life.”

Madonna, who arrived at the awards ceremony in a blacked out limousine conceded that while the story was true, there was one minor amendment: “Everything he said is basically true, but I didn’t say ‘drop ‘em,’ I said, ‘pull your pants down.’ I like to be accurate because you know I am a control freak.”

At the upmarket ceremony in the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York, Madonna also revealed she’d taken more than just vitamin shots – also smoked a joint with her publicist and “a tab of ecstasy and danced the night away” with A&R executive Michael Rosenblatt when she was younger.

JENIFER ANISTON
The Friend’s star has reportedly enjoyed a month long love affair while filming her latest movie, Travelling. According to sources the Hollywood actress met the film’s key grip, Brian Bouma, on the set in Vancouver but ended the dalliance when she moved to Miami to start work on her next project.

“Jen wanted a hot fling and got it with Bri, says a source: “He’s a bit of a player with women but he was like a puppy dog when he was around Jen.” “When they broke from filming, he would run to fetch her coffee. And then he’d massage her feet after a long day.”

MAT DAMON When it comes to shared experiences, it’s not just a love of fast cars and bikes that unite best mates Mat Damon and Brad Pitt; they also like to hook up with their respective families for play-days. “We get our kids together when we’re in the same country, says the Bourne Identity star.

Damon believes the Ocean’s Thirteen co-star Brad Pitt “has his hands full” with four children under six: “There’s no advice I’d give him - he’s getting on with it and doing great.” Damon’s wife Luciana gave birth to daughter Isabella within days of Angeline Jolie giving birth to daughter Shiloh in May 2006 and the two families are now set to welcome new babies again this summer.

BRITNEY SPEARS The singer is reported to have been given a spending allowance of $1500 a week following a recent court hearing. Spear’s wayward lifestyle has been dramatically cured, since a conservatorship was put in place over a month ago. With an estimated $60million fortune, the court ruled Spears should be given a limited debit card so she “can have spending money or freedom of choice of how she wants to enjoy herself.”

The hearing also revealed the appointment of two specialist lawyers – costing a staggering $40,000 per month - to take over the pop princess’ business affairs. Meanwhile, it does seem that Spears can do no right. The accident-prone pop princess, recently crashed into a parked car. Sources say that the troubled star was pulling into an empty space when she hit the vehicle - a silver Mercedes station wagon - while visiting a Hollywood pharmacy. After eventually scraping past, she then let her door swing out, hitting the car again.

HAYDEN PANETTIERE
The star is keen to point out that she differs from many other female Hollywood actresses because she doesn’t worry about her weight or get drunk at parties. “I don’t have a model’s body, says the Heroes star: “But I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m okay with what I have. I can rock this body, you know.”

“I [also] think people look at me as just another one of those girls who’s going to screw up, like, ‘She’s going to get into drugs, and she’s going to get into parties’.” “I have an occasional glass of champagne when I’m celebrating something, but generally, I don’t drink. I’m a pizza-and-a-movie girl.”, she adds.
